We’re super excited about this handy, compact, tough and ready little axe. Meet The L.E. Axe!
The story behind the name — after I first developed this model a couple of years ago, I asked Karmen and Kristen (my wife, and my little girl, who was around two years old at the time) what they thought the name should be. Without hesitation, Kristen suggested the name of Ellie. (At the time, she happened to name about everything she owned Ellie, but she thought it would fit this little axe too.) With a slight modification, we introduce to you The Light Edition Axe, better known as The L.E. Axe.
This little axe is designed to be your companion for every day life, along the trail, biting off small limps, splitting kindling, and perfect for going up the tree with you if you use a climbing tree stand. It comes with a Standard Belt Sheath for easy carry, or you can throw it in your pack.
The L.E. Axe has a head weight of 10oz. with a 10-inch handle. So it truly is compact but ready, The Light Edition.
For more information about The L.E. Axe, we invite you to check out its model page over HERE. And please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about this model. We can’t wait to hear what ya’ll think of it!
