Wow, 2022 is in the books and 2023 is upon us. We want to take a moment to say a special thank you to each of you for making us a part of your year in 2022! Whether it be through your purchase of a Wolf Valley Forge Axe, by visiting our site, by sending us an encouraging email, or by getting out in your woods or back yard and putting your custom axe to good use – each of our customers are appreciated, and we thank you so much for being a part of the team!
We’re excited about the new year and some exciting new things that we have coming up. We hope you’ll join us! And as always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments that you have. Do you have any future axe design ideas, videos or blog posts you’d like to see, or an adventure photo to share? We would love to hear from you!
Once again, thank you for being a part of the Wolf Valley Forge Axe team! My family and I greatly appreciate each of you, and I look forward to building your custom axes in 2023.
Happy New Year, folks! We hope you’re having a wonderful start to your year so far. We’ve already had snow here, which is a rare and beautiful treat in the southern states.
As we’ve closed out 2021 and now dive into 2022 we have some things to share today! First off, I’d like to announce that Karmen and I welcomed our first baby girl in 2021! We are so thankful for God’s blessing of this bundle of joy in our lives, and are thoroughly enjoying being her parents.
For a little fun fact – in honor of baby Kristen being born, I decided to do a little something special on each Wolf Valley Forge axe. On each axe made after she was born in July until the end of 2021, I switched the angle of the metal wedge in the top of the handle. After the first of 2022, the wedge went back to the original angle. So all of you folks who have an axe made during that time, you can know you have one of a special collection, in honor of my little girl’s arrival.
Left Shows the Kristen Collection Angle; Right is the Regular Angle
And to close out 2021, we’re also offering some 2021 cancellations as Available Axes today!! These three axes are ready to go. This “clear out” features a Canoe Axe, a Trail Axe, and a Timber Pup, all stamped with the 2021 model date. You can hurry on over to the Available Now page to see if they’re still there…
And one more thing, we’ve got a 2022 Mug design! Just up on the site today, and with an introductory sale price! They’re big, they’re ceramic, they’re brown and beige, and they’re ready to join your mornings. 😉 (they’ve even got a fun saying on the back) You can head over HERE to order yours today. Thank you for supporting our brand!
Once again a special THANK YOU to all of our customers in 2021, and thank you for being here with us in 2022! We’re honored to be a part of your adventures, and honored to get to build USA-made axes for you. Happy New Year!
